Last year's students in the computing disciplines have been engaged in some remarkable, leading edge research this year including robotics, artificial intelligence, 3D animation, virtual reality, big data analysis and cyber security. Some of the best work was displayed during the graduate end of year show. Also included was some of the remarkable work by our 2nd year students in computer science. This work was demonstrated through posters, “virtual” posters and live demonstrations. Modern technology is advancing at a great rate, and students in computing have been exploring what can be achieved with it, as well as some of its limitations.
This exhibition covered the great range of how modern computer technology touches and changes our lives.
