Our apprenticeships offer on-the-job training combined with academic learning to produce competent and capable employees. By investing in your employees, they will offer you the chance to embed new skills and grow talent within the workplace.

In partnership with Buxton and Leek College, we can offer accounting and finance apprenticeships from level 2 to level 4 (Level 7 coming soon). Meaning that you can up-skill your workforce, no matter what stage of their career they're currently at.

Tom works with businesses across the D2N2 area and Staffordshire. He works with them on how apprenticeships could help their business grow through either recruiting new staff as apprentices or using apprenticeships to help existing members of staff to develop.
