Length of session 1.5 hours or part of a full vist day to the University

This session will give your students an insight into what Occupational Therapy is and what the course entails at the University of Derby. Throughout the session, participants will consider the following questions:

  • What is Occupational Therapy?
  • How does having a stroke impact a person's day-to-day life?
  • What would an Occupational Therapist do with a client who has had a stroke to limit the impact on their day-to-day life?
