Assessment and Feedback Strategy 17-20

Thursday, 12 April at 12.30 - 1.30 pm

Session Details

Assessment and feedback are amongst the most significant factors determining what and how students learn, the principle means by which we monitor student progress and the impact of our teaching and learning support, involve considerable investment in terms of time and expertise, and represent the formal way that we record student attainment.  The University of Derby has an Assessment and Feedback Strategy 2017-2019 structured around five core themes each with operational and developmental features designed to assure consistency and quality of practice and provide clear scope for development and context specific interpretation and application.

This session will introduce the strategy and its themes and allow attendees to participate in a Q and A session.
