Alan Hill, Chef Patron at the Devonshire Arms in Beeley (on the Chatsworth Estate) and University of Derby Buxton graduate, returned to the Dome in Buxton to prepare a gourmet dinner. During his evening back at the Dome, he worked alongside students studying Professional Culinary Arts, passing on some of his skills and experiences to them.
