Scholarships
National Scholarship Programme
We have 300 scholarships available to English undergraduate students from lower income households to help them to pay for their course.
Each scholarship has an overall benefit of £3,000. You will receive £1,000 as a grant and £2,000 as a fee waiver.
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship you must have a household income of less than £25,000, plus at least one of the following:
- You've high UCAS tariff points.
- You're disabled.
- You're a care leaver.
- You're a student who the University would expect to be assessed on parental income, who has been assessed as being independent of parental support for the purposes of their student funding.
- You live in a low participation postcode area.
