Loans and grants available from the Government
From September 2012 full time English undergraduates will get a range of financial support:

You'll be able to take out a tuition fee loan, which you won't have to pay back until you're earning over £21,000 a year.
You'll also be able to get a loan for your living costs (food, accommodation and travel). The maximum you'll get is:
- £5,500 if you live away from home
- £4,375 if you live with your parents or guardians.
You may also be able to apply for a grant for your living costs, which you won't have to pay back:
- If your household income is up to £25,000 you'll receive £3,250
- If your household income is between £25,000 and £42,600 you'll be entitled to a grant of between £50 and £3,250.
