Celebration of Inclusive Sports in the High Peak
The Event, the first of its kind by the group, was very successful.

The University have supported High Peak Disability Sports Group, a voluntary, non-profit making voluntary group, by providing a meeting space for monthly meetings and by fully supporting the Sport Without Barriers event in May 2011.
Support included use of the dome space, help with risk assessment, goody bags, photography and promotion, refreshments and event planning.
Alice Wright, from High Peak Disability Sports Group told us "The event, the first of its kind by the group, was very successful, so much so that other similar disability sport groups throughout Derbyshire are hoping to host similar events in their own boroughs".
