It's been estimated that one in four students will experience some mental health issues while at university. Most are minor and resolve themselves, others require additional support and advice.
We provide support, advice and information on all aspects of mental health, including:
- promoting good mental health
- advice and support with your own mental health
- overcoming anxiety
- managing exam stress
- advice on caring and supporting others
- face to face support
- promoting positive mental health through awareness raising events and activities
