We are in the process of setting up a series of workshops to cover a range of wellbeing issues throughout the academic year and will focus on helping you to improve your academic performance and university experience. Look out for further sessions on offer throughout the year.
Workshop - Preparing for your examinations in three steps
What will the session cover?
- Step 1: Relax your mind
For this part of the session, you will be developing strategies to take control of anxiety and stress through the use of a variety of relaxation techniques.
- Step 2: Work your mind
For this part of the session, you will be covering hints and tips to aiding your revision and study leading up to your exams and beyond.
- Step 3: Feed your mind
This session will demonstrate how to prepare cheap and healthy meals, presented by one of our catering chefs.
