You may have heard of Train to Gain, it's a government initiative aimed at raising skills levels.

Research shows that 1.3 million people go to work every day without the skills they require to do their job proficiently, that's where we come in.

We offer bespoke courses through this Train to Gain initiative, and they can be designed to provide you with solutions to your training needs and business performance.

There is more information about Train to Gain in general on the government website.  Visit www.traintogain.gov.uk .

How does Train to Gain benefit your business?

Train to Gain can improve your business productivity and competitiveness by giving your employees the right skills to do their best by helping you to choose the best training package for you and them. Anyone wanting to do the training needs to be over 19 years old, and not already hold a level 2 qualification.  Don't worry we will check all that for you.

How can you afford it?

If your business has less than 50 employees you can receive wage compensation for the time that each member of your staff spends in training, so that will help you to ensure that your business needs are met.

How does it work?

We will work with you to find the best option that fits your needs, then a Work Based Learning Assessor will be allocated to your business.  This Assessor will be with you throughout the training from when you start to when you finish. The training can be carried out at work, so your staff can stay on site, and it's convienent for them too.
