Where to park
The nearest public car park is at the Pavilion Gardens. You can get to this from Burlington Road, which is just off St. John's Road (A53). If this is full there is a large car park at the Spring Gardens shopping centre (opposite the railway station), with access from the roundabout adjacent to Aldi supermarket.
Unfortunately, the Buxton Campus car park is small and parking is restricted to permit holders.
Your route on foot
You'll most likely be coming to us from the Pavilion Gardens, as this is where the Tourist Information Centre and the nearest car park are located. You can get to us by crossing over St. John's Road, which is immediately to the rear of the Pavilion Gardens but this is a very busy road with no pedestrian crossing.
We recommend that you approach us by walking through the Pavilion Gardens and crossing The Square to the Old Hall Hotel. Walk around the corner to The Crescent and continue along here to its junction with Terrace Road. Turn left and, after a few yards, cross Terrace Road at the pedestrian crossing. Walk towards the Palace Hotel and cross Station Road at the pedestrian crossing. The main entrance to the Buxton Campus is on Devonshire Road, which runs down the side of Palace Hotel.
