Andy France studied Countryside Management and Adventure Tourism, is now a full time volunteer ranger with the Dorset Countryside Ranger Service, and manages 12 sites across north Dorset.
"I had a great time, I had a lot of opportunities to meet people, both in my course, and outside in the industry that I wanted to work in. The social side was fantastic, but the support from the academic staff was also really great, and really helped me with my career. I would encourage anyone to study at Buxton, the opportunities for work placement were fantastic, and the academic staff were particularly supportive."
