Timetable Help

Your Timetable

Whether you're doing four modules a term or just one, your timetable is one of the most important pieces of information that you'll need.

Your timetable is set out for the academic year, where you'll be able to see which days and times your lectures are on each semester. You'll also be able to see which site and room number your lectures are in and which member of staff is teaching.

When can I see my timetable?

If you're a first year student you'll be able to see your timetable for the academic year as soon as you have completed the enrolment process.

While if you're a returning student you'll be able to access you're timetable for the academic year via UDo up to several weeks before your start date.

How do I access my timetable?

The steps below will help you get to your timetable. You can either read through the text step by step or watch the video below

If you'd like to view by week use steps 1 to 3 and then jump to step 7. If you'd like to view a specific module start at step 4 and follow through to the end.

This will show you the type of class (lecture, seminar etc.), the site, room number, the name of the lecturer and the start and finish times.

How to print or save your timetable

Choose the Graphical View and then click on Create PDF. Once the PDF is displayed, you can save or print by using the main menu (File>Save As or File>Print).

Rooms might change depending on what's happening in your session to make sure you're learning in the best possible environment.
