Accommodation

“I spent my first and last years of university living in halls and I cannot fault them. Any issues are always resolved quickly and I have always felt safe living there.”

“Halls are a great way of meeting new people - they're all situated towards the heart of the city and still a good walking distance from university. If you’re not a fan of walking there are regular buses every 10 minutes.”

City life

“Buxton is a lovely town, it's a bit smaller and very personal. There are student nights which are always fun and lots of student-friendly pubs close by.”

“There are plenty of bars, pubs and clubs to experience in Derby, many of which offer student-only nights. As well as the extensive night life, there is also our new Westfield Centre that has over 200 shops. We also have a couple of bowling alleys a bus ride away from town, Laserquest, Rollerworld and we are in a great location to visit Alton Towers!”
