What I can help with

I deal with the admissions process for Health courses within the Faculty of Education, Health and Sciences. I can help with any questions or queries regarding the admissions process for a variety of courses, including Nursing, Diagnostic Radiography, MA Therapies and modules within the Advanced Practice course.

My background

I've been working in the education field since 1982, initially at Derby College of Further Education and later at Mackworth College (now both merged to form Derby College). I joined the Quality Enhancement Department (QED) at the University of Derby in September 2004, and then moved to the International Office in May 2006. I started my current role in Admissions in March 2010 when the admissions process for international and UK students merged.  Outside work I like to keep fit and have a keen interest in sport, mostly as a spectator but I also play golf and ski.
