What I can help with
I can help with any admissions queries and if I'm unable to help I can point you in the right direction. I also help out with answering email queries sent to the team.
As part of my role as Admissions Assistant I deal with both Higher and Further Education applications; UCAS processing, offer letters, open day invitations, assignment handling, university transport, ID cards, as well as all general enquiries to our student reception counter.
