What I can help with

I work in a centralised Admissions team and deal with the admissions process for the undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the Derby Business School. I can assist you with any questions regarding your admissions process whether you have already applied through UCAS or directly to us, or are looking to apply. This could be about our entry criteria, more information on the course or what happens next once your application has been submitted so please feel free to contact me at any point should you want to have a chat about your application and the process involved.

I am also responsible for the day to day running of the admissions processes in our team. We make sure we are up to date with everything we need to do before we receive your results in the summer and to ensure that your experience of the admissions process with Derby is pleasant.

After the publication of your results in August, I make sure we are organised and have the right people on the end of phones to answer your query whether it's about your existing application or a vacancy on any of our courses. For those applying to us in Clearing we like to ensure applications are processed as quickly as possible, to reduce the stress for unplaced applicants.

My background

I graduated with a degree in Business following which I was employed by Credit Suisse in London's Financial City. Over the years I worked on their Trading, Operations and Legal Floors. However I relocated back to Derbyshire in 2001 and later joined the University Admissions team.
