Private sector housing

We have a private sector service that can give you advice and information on finding University approved private accommodation, including shared houses, bedsits and self contained flats, in Derby and Buxton. We regulate all of the landlords, so we can make sure that the properties meet council standards. You can see properties on our website, or drop in to the Student Living shop in the Atrium at Kedleston Road in Derby or speak to staff at High Peak Halls at Buxton.
