Our procedure for extenuating circumstances (ECF's) aims to make sure that everyone is treated fairly and that you're not disadvantaged by circumstances beyond your control, while maintaining the standards of
University of Derby awards. In exceptional circumstances you may be able to get an extension from your programme or module leader, make sure you talk to them before your submission date or exam.
