The Derby Award has been developed to acknowledge the value of extra curricular activities such as volunteering or paid work, and to help you make the most of the opportunities these activities provide. Through a series of workshops, and a 70 hour leadership and management project, the award helps you to develop the skills and capabilities that graduate employers are
looking for.
