Athens
Athens is a system used to identify you as a University of Derby student who is entitled to access the University's electronic resources (online books, newspapers, e-journals, research archives).
You don't need a separate password or account. By logging into UDo, and then selecting 'Library' from the 'Quick links' or 'Study' area you are automatically logged on. All the e-resources links are in the 'Digital Library'.
As you use the e-resources make sure you read the intermediary messages between our pages and the external provider. Sometimes you will find specific instructions on where you may need to 'click' in order to see the resources, especially if you are off campus.
