Faith
University is a time when students often think about big ideas and big questions. It is not unusual in these circumstances for students to have questions about their own faith or about whether they should take up a new faith.
The University provides expert guidance on matters of faith via our Chaplaincy. The Chaplaincy is composed of chaplains from many Christian faiths and a team of Faith Advisors representing a variety of different faith traditions.
The Chaplaincy offers many opportunities for the exploration of different faiths, experiences of inter-faith dialogue as well as opportunities for growth in personal faith and spirituality.
The Chaplaincy programme offers the chance to engage with some of the difficult questions of faith and provides support in Christian discipleship; but there is no need to wait until something in the programme comes along, individual Chaplains from a wide variety of traditions would be happy to meet with you.
