The Student Wellbeing Service supports your health while you are a student with us.
We provide
- Support and information if you are feeling unwell or have an injury
- Support for you mental health
- Support to manage long term illness
- Emergency contraception, condoms,pregnancy testing and contraception advice and information
- Healthy lifestyle advice, eg weight, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sexual health
- Help with chronic pain management
- The opportunity to discuss any health concerns you have
- Support if your physical or emotional health is impacting on your studies.
- Support before,during and after an authorised break from studies due to health issues.

GP Practice
Our onsite GP practice is Park Medical Practice, commonly referred to as PMP. The practice is the same as any other NHS general practice except that it only offers its services to students of the University of Derby. For further information or to make an appointment contact 01332 747140
Sexual Health Clinics
