We know that there is a clear link between managing your wellbeing and academic performance.

The links on this page provide some guidance on key things you can do to manage you health and wellbeing. By following this guidance you can help yourself to enjoy your time at university and also be successful.

As well as the information on this website we are offering a range of workshops, information booklets, a bibliotherapy section in the library and of course all of our usual support to improve and maintain your wellbeing.

Workshops

Our workshop programme will be running throughout the academic year and will focus on helping you to improve your academic performance and university experience.

Bibliotherapy

A range of self help and recipe books are available in the library at Kedleston Road. You can search the catalogue or speak to a librarian to help you locate the relevant section.
