University Nurses
The University Nurses provide and occupational health service for:
- Supporting pregnant students throughout their pregnancy and maternity
- Supporting students with long term health issues where their health may affect their studies
- Supporting students with health issues in returning to study after an authorised break from study.
- Providing students on professional programmes with necessary vaccinations prior to their clinical placements
- Providing health assessments for students prior to clinical placements
- Supporting students with contraceptive needs
