Facilities
We have purpose built workshops at our Markeaton Street site which means you'll be taught in a technical facility, which have:
- rolling road dynamometers
- engine test facilities
- and really well equipped workshops.
The motorsport workshops have everything from single seaters to road race motorcycles, all of which you can use for project work and testing.
For our electrical and electronic engineering students you'll be able to work on microprocessor based system, programmable logic controllers, electrical power, circuit board design and assembly, control, communications and measurement systems.
Accreditation
Our Electrical and Electronic Engineering degrees are also accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
We're also accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers on some of our engineering courses so you can be assured that your degree will be industry recognised.
