How we've been listening to you
We closely monitor five areas that we feel are important in making both you and Derby successful, so each year we'd like to know your thoughts on:

Questions relating to evaluation of performance, alignment with values and clarity on promotion requirements.
What it's like to work here?
Questions relating to physical environment, resource provision, team behaviours.
How do you get on?
Questions relating to having had baseline training to perform, ability to apply skills, opportunities for promotion and development.
What's in it for you?
Questions relating to fair pay, benefits and recognition.
The way we do things

Last year we asked all Associate Colleagues for their views. This year we are approaching this on a more informal basis. Therefore you may be asked in the course of this academic year to join colleagues in a facilitated discussion on how we can make Derby a better place to work from your perspective.
