I am a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education on the BEd (Hons) Primary Education programme and Postgraduate programme. I also oversee and lead Computing and IT for the teacher education programmes and lead our admissions team in the interview process for the BEd and PGCE programmes.
As part of my wider roles and responsibilities, I lead and lecture on a variety of modules across the BEd programme and deliver workhshops on the PGCE programme. I currently teach on a range of modules including Reflective Teaching, English, Maths and Computing, Foundation subjects and Comparative Education modules. I also supervise a range of Independent Studies on the BEd programme.
I am in the process of completing my PGCE in Higher Education which includes looking at the role of the lecturer as a researcher.
