About

I am Senior Lecturer in People Management and Leadership and teach on both undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. I was the key driver in ensuring that the MBA gained accreditation by the CMI and I'm the internal verifier for all MBA candidates wishing to apply for Chartered Manager status. I am particularly interested in the use of agile learning and leadership in the workplace.

Teaching responsibilities

• Teaching in people management and leadership subjects.
• Academic lead for the Joint Honours programmes of study in the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences
• Academic Joint Honours subject lead for Human Resource Management in Derby Business School

Research interests

Exploring and examining the technical, adpative and generative aspects of agile leadership.
