In addition to being a Senior Lecturer in Psychology, I am currently one the Assistant Heads of Subject.
Teaching responsibilities
My teaching currently centres around Research Methods and Statistics (all Levels), Cognitive Psychology (all levels) and Parapsychology. As well as supervising final year IS projests I am also Director of Studies for two PhD students conducting research into various aspects of maths anxiety and I am also the second supervisor on an MPhil project exploring micro-PK.
Research interests
My current research interests fall into two categories. (i) Maths anxiety: it's development and measurement, and (ii) Parapsychology: in particular the relationship between false memory and paranormal belief and memory for paranormal experiences.
