As Operations Co-ordinator my role is to supervise, develop and mentor the team administrators to adopt a professional and supportive approach to learners, by anticipating, understanding and responding to their needs enabling the team to deliver high quality excellent service.

I provide administrative support and advice in relation to online learning activities and liaise with other departments who have responsibility and input to online learning; for example, Learning and Information Services, Finance, Marketing and Faculty Staff.

My ultimate aim is to enhance the student experience, provide a positive experience for all online learners, improve retention rates, and develop appropriate systems to support online learners.
