Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager in commercial sector for 20 years, joined the University in 2004.
Department: International
I am the International Operations Manager, responsible for the professional services that support the International department, I am also responsible for the International Student Centre.
My team look after overseas collaborative partners, international students' support, Tier 4 visa advice, and international student welfare. We also carry out CRM for international applicants and manage the setting up and contracts for overseas agents.
My finance team make travel arrangements for cross faculty collaborative partner visits.
