I am currently the Programme Leader (Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) for the Partner Collaborative Provision which includes 5 partner colleges. The University's 'home' programme for Teacher Training in this sector is rolled out to the partner colleges and supported by staff based here at the University's main site at Kedleston Road. The Teacher Training qualifications for the sector are available to Level 6. The provision caters for new teachers in the sector and teachers who wish to update their qualifications.
Teaching responsibilities
Teaching on full time and part time provision at the University's Derby campus. Teaching at Partner Colleges upon request.

Continual Professional Development (CPD); Assessment for Learning; Strategies for Improving Teaching and Learning; Mentoring and Coaching Techniques.
Membership of professional bodies and advisory committees
