I am acting Programme Leader for Community Specialist Practice (District Nursing). I am also Module Leader for Tissue Viability, Long Term Conditions and Palliative Care.
Teaching responsibilities
Lecturing on Programme and Modules I lead. Input into ADNS pre-registration nursing programme especially on community issues.
Professional interests
My areas of specialist interest is District Nursing, especially Falls Prevention in the elderly, wound care, long term conditions management and End of Life Care in the community setting. I am also interested in oncology especially head and neck cancer.
Membership of professional bodies and advisory committees
Nursing and Midwifery Council.
