I am currently a member of the Practice Placement Team for Occupational Therapy programmes and have teaching responsibilities on the BSc and MSc (Pre registration) Occupational Therapy programmes.
Teaching responsibilities
My teaching responsibilities centre on all facets of practice placement education for students and occupational therapist who act as educators in the work based learning arena.
I am also involved in teaching on a variety of modules including Self as a Therapist , Applied Occupational Therapy and Critical Issues.
Professional interests
I have a special interest in creativity and the arts within occupational therapy practice, education and supervision. I am keen to promote creative methods to enhance reflective practitioner skills.

Additional Interests and Activities
I spend four months of the year travelling. During this time I take a keen interest in the occupations of both the local population and fellow travellers. I endeavour to use my insights to inform my practice.
