I oversee the logistics of the BA (Hons) Applied Social Work. I also teach on the programme alongside teaching on other programmes in the faculty. My interests are in Child Protection, Safeguarding and Law.
Teaching responsibilities
I teach across various modules with a focus on child protection. I am module leader for Children and Families and I also offer tutorial support to students regarding their research project.
Professional interests
I'm a registered social worker and a member of the British Association of Social Workers. I have a particular interest in Child Care Practice and Law and offer training in this area.
Research interests
I am currently in myfourth year of my Doctorate which is considering the notion of interprofessinal education and child protection.
