Caroline Westwood is Lecturer in Events Management and an experienced member of the team, specialising in corporate events, Caroline has worked for a variety of prestigious venues within in the UK, Global brands such as Marriott and Starwood. Caroline also managed the event contracts for large retail brands through her account management roles within Event agencies. More recently her research is developing in the area of Experiential Events, focusing on consumer buying behaviour from the perspective of 'See it, Try it, Buy it, Caroline is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
