My role as an Advisor involves designing, developing and delivering staff development in line with corporate objectives and working with managers to identify training needs relevant to their teams. I am also involved project managing staff development initiatives/projects.
Professional interests
Professional interests include attending Staff Development Conferences and CIPD events which enable me to keep uptodate with what is happening in the sector in relation to learning and development.
