I have combined business development, sales and marketing experience with the latest psychological thinking on coaching, leadership and personal development to deliver highly valued coaching and training programmes.
Teaching responsibilities
As a Senior Lecturer, I design and deliver leadership, personal development, coaching and emotional intelligence programmes for business leaders and professional coaches.
As an Executive Coach, I work with current and future leaders delivering significant changes to their performance; creating new innovative strategies, problem solving, business planning, people and time management, interpersonal relationships and work-life balance.
As a Business Coach, I work with entrepreneurs and creative professionals to coach and mentor them through the early stages, raising financial backing, increasing revenues, devising new products, building new marketing approaches and transforming business results.
Professional interests
I became a coach after 20 years of international business experience gained in the technology and new media industries. I specialise in developing and implementing strategic change, recruiting and coaching global teams, creating new revenue for companies, raising capital (angel, venture capital and IPOs) and building and developing global partnerships.
