My latest research is investing the acute responses to Augmented Eccetric Loading in elite Track and Field athletes.

I have performed consultancy work for a variety of organisations, including: England Athletics, Welsh Rugby, Ilkeston Town FC Academy, Sub-4 Health, Trafford Athletics Club, The Manchester College and Durham University.

I currently have links with a number of high performance sporting organisations, including: The Sport and Exercise Medicine Society, England Athletics and Trafford Athletics Club.

Professional interests
I am interested in the development of elite sport performance. My main subject interests are: Strength and Conditioning, Motor Control and Learning, and Sports Therapy.

I have travelled with national teams to Austria, Germany and Ireland.

Additional Interests and Activities
I have achieved success at national level in Track and Field. Honours include: UK Intercounties Champion in the Mile; UK Intercounties silver medallist in the 5000m; and English Championships Bronze Medallist in the 1500m.
I have also coached ahletes to international honours.
Media experience
I have appeared on the History Channel as a featured scientific expert discussing the performance of individuals with extraordinary physical abilities.
