Currently Under 11's Academy Coach at Bury Football Club, as well as being player/coach at Abbey Hey Football Club in the North West Counties Football League.

I am a Lecturer in Sports Coaching and Development, teaching on a range of modules on the undergraduate Joint Honours Sports programme. Additionally, I am also undertaking a PhD by publication.
Teaching responsibilities
I currently teach on several modules related to the 'Sports Coaching' and 'Sports Development' pathways. Alongside this, I also supervise a number of independent study students.
Professional interests
I am actively involved in coaching and currently work for Bury Football Club on a part time basis. I also currently coach and play at 'Non-League' level for Abbey Hey Football Club.
I also have a keen interest in youth football and community sports development.
Research interests
The focus of my PhD study is 'Managerial Change in Elite Football', focusing on the complex nature of implementing organisational change within a variety of professional football environments.
