I am the Head of the School of Law and Criminology, and the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Business, Computing and Law.

Professional interests
- 1994-1995 Overseas Development Administration, Consultant Legal Adviser.
I was an adviser on supporting the development of democracy, justice and human rights and drafted a framework for the implementation of British aid policy in these areas. - 1993-1994 United Nations (Political Affairs Department), Legal Adviser.
Lead legal adviser/draftsman for constitutional and electoral projects. I was also seconded as Secretary to Constitution Committee of Republic of Malawi. - 1991-1993 British Council, Legal Education Adviser
I advised on British justice and human rights projects overseas.
