Additional Interests and Activities
Prior to my academic career, I worked as a senior manager for an international hospitality organisation for a number of years with responsibilities for operations management and event operations. I am an external examiner at the University of Central Lancashire and have experience of teaching in Hong Kong and the Maldives.
