Experience in Industry
I have worked as a full time clinical radiographer for the Leicester Royal Infirmary for the last 3 years. During this time I rotated around the imaging department including CT, theatre, Fluoroscopy, paediatrics, Plain film and accident and emergency.
Current Activities / Links with Industry
Working part time as a clinical radiographer at Leicester Royal Infirmary and acting clinical liason for University Hospitals of Leicester.

Teaching on various modules within the undergraduate diagnostic radiography programme. A member of the University of Derby's staff development group.
Teaching responsibilities
Responsible for teaching first years skeletal technique and image evaluation and second years skeletal technique and image analysis. I am responsible for teaching on the sytems anatomy and integrated practice modules along with the thirds years clinical leadership and mentoring module.
Professional interests
I have a special interest in plain film trauma imaging, CT and MRI. I am interested in radiography reporting for both plain film and CT heads.
International Experience
I undertook a 4 week placement at University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, USA. During this time I studied there techniques for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
