Experience in Industry
I've been involved in performance coaching and education for the past 20 years. I've worked with many professional athletes including Olympic competitors and World champions. For the past five years I've have worked almost exclusively on the European PGA golf tour. My list of clients includes seven Ryder Cup players: captain Ian Woosnam, Philip Price, Thomas Bjorn, Darren Clarke, Paul Broadhurst, Graeme McDowell and Jean Van de Velde. I'm also the mental trainer to World Cup winner Bradley Dredge, Dunhill links Champion Stephen Gallacher, and over 15 PGA tour winners. I've worked with over 50 tour players and has coached golfers to win European, World, and Ryder Cup events.

I currently work as a consultant with European Tour Golfers, The English Golf Union, The Swiss National Golf Team and Derbyshire Athletics.

I teach Applied Sports Psychology across all programmes
Research interests
I am interested in the effects of peak performance states on elite athletes. I am currently researching interventions that enable athletes to reach a state of flow and perform at elite levels of performance.

- Worked On the European Golf Tour for eight years.
- Worked with the Swiss National Team for five years.
