Supporting the Faculty and School vision

I have been directly involved in the revalidation of international business undergraduate and post-graduate programmes designed to attract home and  international students by focusing on employability, student experience and links to research. I have integrated employer engagement into the modules and programmes I lead. Student feedback has informed the design of the new programme structures and the additional support and tuition introduced is aimed to enhance the student experience. As a team we have been engaging our students with external competitions and experts, challenging them in order to expand their employment potential. My personal research interests inform my teaching and, in providing my students with inspirational and research backed educational development, I benefit from my memberships in professional bodies.

Additional Interests and Activities

I am passionate about teaching economics at all levels, despite (or precisely because) of it being a challenging subject to teach. Economics is all about life and the human nature and I believe it should be eminently accessible to everyone.
