Programme Leader BA (Hons) Fine Art

I first began working in education in the 1980s and have been involved in numerous educational roles within institutions since that time, including Artists workshops at the Liverpool Tate and Artists Residencies. I have set up and led various Art Foundation programmes, been Head of Subject for Design and Media, and a Head of School of Art and Design, and Creative Arts.

Additional Interests and Activities

My paintings are concerned with human relationships, utilising a range of media including oils, emulsions, inks and wax. I have exhibited widely nationally and have artwork in the Arts Council of Great Britain Permanent Collection as well as private collections. I have received Arts Council Awards on three occasions.
