Timetabling Unit
The Timetabling Unit (TTU) is responsible for the design and publication of Higher and Further Education academic timetables for both Derby and Buxton campuses.
Throughout the year we process requests for amendments to schedules and additional teaching sessions. The team also undertakes scenario planning exercises to advise the University estates strategy.
TTU is based in the Student Support and Information Services (SSIS) at Kedleston Road, with the exception of one member who is based at the Buxton campus.
Room Bookings is also part of TTU, although services are only available to staff. Students may be able to book rooms via their faculty office or lecturers. Room Bookings deal with booking meeting rooms, examination rooms and any other non-teaching event across all of our sites.
