Student Experience

The Student Experience covers a number of areas:

Career Development: The Career Development Centre is based at Kedleston Road though offers services across all sites, including a drop-in service in the Dome at Buxton.
Complaints & Appeals: maintain an overview of and develop academic appeal, complaints and academic offence activity across the institution drawing on lessons learnt internally and within the sector to improve future practice.
Programme Advisory Service (PAS): Based at Kedleston Road and Buxton, PAS offer advice to staff and students on any element of their course structure.
Student Experience Team: The Student Experience Team work to collate student feedback from a number of sources and, where possible, work to make improvements across the University.
